Job Opportunity: Pharmacy Technicians – Central/West London

Days: Mondays – Fridays

Hours: 09:00 – 17:00 or similar

We’re on the lookout for experienced Pharmacy Technicians to join a dynamic team in Central/West London. Positions are available for:

• Band 5 ACPT Technicians
• Band 5 Technicians with stores/distribution experience

Qualifications Required:

• NVQ Level 3 (or recognised equivalent) in Pharmaceutical Services (or similar)
• Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council
• Hold an Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician (ACPT) qualification (or willingness to complete within 18 months of recruitment)

Desirable Qualifications:

• A1/NVQ/AVA Assessor (or equivalent)

Experience Required:

Essential:

• Significant experience in a UK hospital pharmacy
• Strong understanding of hospital pharmacy services and operations
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proven team leadership/management experience

Desirable:

• Ward stock top-up experience
• Training and inducting new staff on operational processes
• Data collection for auditing purposes
• Experience in implementing and managing change
