Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm and Saturdays 9am to 1pm

Your new role:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Pharmacy Manager to lead our team and ensure the effective delivery of pharmacy operations. As the Responsible Pharmacist (RP), you will oversee clinical practices, team management, and commercial growth, ensuring compliance with Avicenna’s standards and NHS contractual obligations. Your role will be pivotal in expanding clinical services, enhancing patient care, and driving community health initiatives.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Lead, inspire, and manage the pharmacy team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Maintain compliance with UK pharmacy regulations, NHS contracts, and GPhC guidelines.
  
• Deliver high standards of clinical services, expanding patient support beyond traditional pharmacy roles.
  
• Ensure patients receive outstanding customer service, addressing complaints with empathy and professionalism.
• Drive the expansion of clinical services, embracing new ways of working to improve health outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with GP practices, health boards, and local community groups to support integrated healthcare delivery.
